The Health, Wellness, & Sports Expo [HWS Expo] is an event designed to bring local and national leaders in healthcare, fitness, personal wellness, and sports together under one roof to serve our community with resources to live an active life. The event also provides Exhibitors with the chance to debut brand new products and offer customers exclusive on-site deals unavailable to the general public.

The HWS Expo will be held at North Park Sports Complex in 2022, located at 2318 Wildwood Road, Wildwood, PA 15091. Conveniently located within minutes of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and other major traffic arteries. This is notably the former site of Wildwood Highlands Family Fun Center and has been transformed into an indoor and outdoor sporting and event arena and wellness campus. The primary event will be held inside of the sports arena on the 65,700 ft2 FIFA regulation size field. Additional events may be held in the lobby, outside in the parking lot, and grass field surround the campus depending on weather.

We have designed this event to forge a strong network of amazing organizations that share our vision to make our region a healthier community and an active place to live, work, and play. Our primary goal is to provide complimentary resources from local and national organizations that will support healthy living in our surrounding neighborhoods. With a spotlight on homegrown products and services, the Expo will give several new startups the opportunity to showcase themselves alongside longstanding brands.

The event takes place Saturday, October 15th and Sunday, October 16th, 2022, from 10am – 5pm. The event is seven hours long each day and will have a well-organized schedule of events focused on fitness classes, sports training, nutritional education, and more.

Attending the event is free of charge. We strongly encourage all attendees to register online through our website so we can gauge the approximate number of people we will receive that day to create a better experience for everyone in attendance, including our staff and exhibitors.

Restrooms and water fountains are available inside the North Park Sports Complex lobby. Light vending is available for food and drink in our lobby. Food vendors will be on site for this event and more details will be provided on our Exhibitor page when they are announced. Free parking will be provided for this event. Due to limited on-site spaces, which are reserved for select vendors and differently abled persons, we will offer additional parking within walking distance or a brief shuttle ride.

The facility is ADA compliant and is wheelchair accessible. If you need any assistance or have accessibility concerns or questions, our staff is eager to help. Everyone is welcome at NPSC and our caring staff is available for special accommodations, however, we do ask that arrangements be made in advance of attending the event for a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Although COVID-19 safety protocols may vary at the time of the event versus this being published, we assure all attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff will be encouraged to follow the current policies recommended by the CDC and enforced by the state of Pennsylvania. These measures may include social distancing and potential mask mandates. At this time, we are aware of all current policies and have contingency plans in place for any changes that may arise leading up to or during the event. We understand that unforeseen policy changes may impact the maximum capacity for this event and will work closely with all partners to ensure all means of reaching our community, be they in person or digitally, will be honored and enhanced pending any regulatory restrictions.

Our immediate on-campus parking will be reserved for handicap accessibility and outdoor vendors, such as food trucks, however, we will have several nearby lots available for parking that are either within walking distance or within a short shuttle ride to the event. Parking for this event is free. We kindly encourage carpooling and allowing guests with special needs access to the preferred parking on campus. Directional signs and parking attendants will be ample.

We have several Sponsor and Exhibitor options available to fit your budget and your mission. Whether you want your brand to be presented on all major marquees or to have a booth to hand out samples, we have the package that is right for you. Single exhibitor booths are 10’ x 10’ in size and will be arranged strategically in zones that focus on fitness, wellness, sports, healthcare, and nutrition.
