11:10 AM - 11:55 AM: Rebel Wellness
Natalie Gentille, Founder of Rebel Wellness, will be leading a 45-minute vinyasa-style yoga flow. This full-body yoga flow transitions through poses at a comfortable pace with your breath, beginners to seasoned yogis welcome.
Natalie will be opening Rebel Fitness in East Liberty soon where the community can learn more about the tenets of Lifestyle Medicine through a teaching kitchen, group fitness, yoga, and educational workshops. She is a family medicine and lifestyle medicine physician who owns a direct primary care practice in Pittsburgh and is a mom of 2.

12:10 PM - 12:55 PM: Les Mills
Join Les Mills TAP Presenter/Trainer Jess for the popular BODYCOMBAT, a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. No experience is needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

Join Les Mills TAP Presenter/Trainer Jess for BODYBALANCE, a new-generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body, and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, and elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background.

2:10 PM - 2:55 PM: Gamma Pickleball
Did you know that Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in the United States? Join Josh to learn more about the sport, its rules, how to play, and some beginner tips from Gamma Pickleball.
3:10 PM - 3:55 PM: Pure Edge Performance Training
Justin Shal, owner and director of Pure Edge Performance Training in Wexford, PA, and a TPI Certified for golf fitness coaching, will be educating the audience on what golf fitness really means, how it applies to golfers of any age and ability, and how the TPI philosophy can drastically enhance both your performance and confidence on the links. The info session will consist of some educational aspects as well as an interactive portion to teach basic exercises to enhance your swing efficiency.
4:10 PM - 4:55 PM: Oxford Athletic Club Zumba
Join Amanda, Heather, Lynette, and Carmel from the Oxford Zumba Team for a 45-minute class sure to leave you sweating and smiling. Zumba Fitness (aka “exercise in disguise “) is a dance-inspired fitness class based on Latin and international rhythms. Zumba's benefits include improved aerobic conditioning, endurance, coordination, and confidence. A reported 15 million people across 186 countries attend Zumba classes every week!

11:10 AM - 11:55 AM: NASH kNOWledge
Join Gina for a "Eat This. Not That" presentation that will talk about the importance of a healthy diet for liver health. She will have food on display and will be discussing healthier alternatives to foods with hidden sugars. Gina will also focus on hidden sugars in drinks and why it's more important to eat your fruit and not drink it.
12:10 PM - 12:55 PM: D1 Training
Join Coach Anthony Sylvester for "Family Fit with D1", a workout that showcases our "train like an athlete" mentality. We believe that anyone working on bettering themselves through sports or fitness is an athlete, and that means training for the whole family! We train for movement quality and mobility first, and choose movements that improve movement in the sport of life! This workout will be great for athletes from 7 to 70+ and scaled to each individual! The workout will use body weight, medicine balls, and some banded exercises to challenge athletes of all ability levels and ages! This will be a total body workout with a dynamic warmup, some amount of performance training, and a section of strength and core work, before finishing with a coach-led cooldown!

In this demonstration, you’ll learn the benefits of eating local, as well as how to do it in a convenient way all year long. We’ve all been told that eating local is better for your health. It’s more nutritious, delicious, and better for both the local food economy and the environment. But often, the time it takes to go to the market or find everything you need can feel like more of a chore than it’s worth. Harvie, a local grocery delivery service that sources from local farmers and producers, is here to help.
2:10 PM - 2:55 PM: FA Climbing
Learn about the benefits of yoga and mindfulness followed by a yoga practice the whole family can enjoy. Join Laura Kustaborder, the owner of Approachable Asana and yoga instructor at FA Climbing & Fitness, as she guides you through a sequence of gentle movements, an energizing breath practice, and a short guided meditation.

Join us for a class in Tai chi, often described as meditation in motion, which is one of the most effective exercises for the health of mind and body. The gentle flowing movements of tai chi foster serenity and confidence and improve balance, flexibility, and muscle strength.
